OUR SCHOOL
Stars Performing Arts Academy is Griffith’s and most qualified studio, established in 2015. Owner and head choreographer Miss Jess wanted to open a studio where students of all ages could develop a lifelong love of dance, acting and singing, while also having fun, learning and growing in a safe and enjoyable environment. She wanted a place where students could learn the importance of respect, teamwork, communication, commitment and the joy of working hard and achieving their goals.
Miss Jess has been teaching and choreographing in dance, acting and singing since 2009. She gained her qualifications in Melbourne, with a Diploma of Dance Teaching & Management and Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. Miss Jess is qualified in Acrobatic Arts and completed many courses in drama, as well as having over 20 years’ experience singing. Stars is an Affiliated Member of the Australian Teachers of Dance (ATOD). Both Miss Jess and her staff hold current First Aid Certificates.
