Jazz dance enhances flexibility, movement and fitness. This form of modern dance is a great workout for all ages and levels of ability. Musical theatre is a form of theatrical performance that combines songs, spoken dialogue, acting and dance. Contemporary is an expressive dance that combines elements of several styles of dance genres including modern, jazz and classical ballet. Contemporary is a style that connects the mind and the body through movement. Lyrical is a style of dance created from jazz and contemporary. Students learn a Lyrical and Contemporary dance throughout the year which helps them with their technique and movement.
